I really do! Your plate is full enough as it is without worrying about how much probate will cost or whether you can afford the help of a highly qualified California probate attorney. When I handle your probate, it doesn’t cost you one penny out-of-pocket to get the process started. I advance all fees, costs and expenses of the probate including required court filing fees.

Who Handles My Case When I Hire The Probate Guy?

The Probate Guy does! I don’t use paralegals. I do all the work myself. If you call with a question, you’ll talk directly to me. It’s my job to help you through Probate and to do all the work required.

Will I Have to Go to Court for Probate?

It’s unlikely. I handle all of the court hearings for my clients, and it’s rare that my clients will need to appear in court. If you do need to go, I’ll prepare you so you won’t have to worry. But don’t worry anyway, because you probably won’t need to go.

Do I Need to Come to Your Office to Get Started?

Absolutely not! In fact, you never have to come to my office if you don’t want to! I can do the entire process via e-mail and snail-mail. Of course, I do have an office.
