What is Tickify?

Tickify is a ticketing platform built for independent event organisers. You set your ticket price, we add a flat 5% booking fee at checkout paid by the buyer, and you keep 100% of face value. No monthly fees, no contracts, and your attendee data is always yours to export.

How much does Tickify cost for event organisers?

Nothing. Organisers pay no fees to use Tickify. A 5% booking fee is added to the ticket price at checkout and paid by the buyer. If your ticket is $100, your buyer pays $105 and you receive $100. No setup costs, no monthly subscription, no percentage deducted from your revenue.

Can I access my attendee data on Tickify?

Yes, always. Your full attendee list, including name, email, ticket type and purchase history, is available to export any time from your dashboard. You keep access after your event ends too.

How does Tickify compare to other ticketing platforms?

Most platforms charge organisers a fee on top of the buyer fee and lock down your attendee data when you leave. Tickify charges a flat 5% buyer-paid fee only. Organisers pay nothing and keep full access to their attendee data, permanently.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No. There are no contracts, no minimum terms, and no cancellation fees. You can move events to or from Tickify at any time.

How quickly do organisers get paid after ticket sales?

Payouts are processed after your event, once Stripe clears the transactions. If you need funds before the event, early payouts are available on request.

What types of events can use Tickify?

Tickify works for any ticketed event: music nights, festivals, comedy, sport, cultural events, experiential and social events. Built for independent organisers running 200 to 10,000 person events, though there is no attendance minimum to get started.

Does Tickify have a secondary market or resale controls?

A controlled secondary market is coming. Organisers will be able to set a resale price cap and earn a royalty automatically each time a ticket resells. The premium goes to the person who built the demand, not a scalper.
