What does Tidal cost and are there any hidden fees?

Our subscriptions start from €249/month (paid annually) for Essential. Professional costs €499/month and Scale €1,699/month. All prices are transparent and include unlimited user accounts. Additional frameworks and add-ons have clear pricing with no hidden costs. Consultancy services are optional with attractive discounts for subscribers.

Where is my data stored and how secure is it?

All your data is securely stored within the EU on Microsoft Azure. Tidal is itself ISO 27001 certified and we maintain a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we have no sub-processors. Your data always remains within Europe.
