Does GPS tracking invade my team's privacy?

GPS verification is completely optional and only captures location at clock-in/out—not continuous tracking. Your team controls when location is shared, and it's only used to verify they're at the correct jobsite. Many teams appreciate this feature because it protects them from disputes and proves they were where they said they were.

Can time entries be edited?

Managers can edit any time entry from the dashboard. Employees can also be given permission to create and edit their own time entries in the app, which helps cut down on admin work.

What export formats are available for payroll and invoicing?

Tímavera exports to Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats. Reports include employee names, projects, dates, hours worked, overtime, and any custom rates you've set. You can filter by date range, project, or employee, making it easy to import into your payroll system or send to your accountant.
