When Should I Expect My Order To be Shipped?

Orders placed before Monday at 5 AM will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the same week. Orders placed after Monday at 5 AM and before Tuesday at 4 PM may be shipped later in the week, depending on the availability of dry ice. Orders made after Tuesday at 4 PM will be shipped the following week. For upgraded shipping options, such as one or two-day air, please call us before Thursday to place your order. These orders will be shipped the following day. Note that we do not ship on Fridays through Sundays. During holidays, shipping may be delayed due to UPS closures or changes in our operations

Not at all! This is a common misconception. While repeatedly frozen beef or beef with freezer burn may suffer in quality, our approach is different. We flash freeze our premium beef just once, using top-notch packaging to prevent freezer burn and maintain freshness. How Do You Ship My Beef?

We use dry ice to keep your beef perfectly frozen during transit, no matter where you are in the lower 48 states. Your steaks are packed with dry ice inside a high-quality styrofoam cooler and then shipped in our specially designed TriTails Box. This ensures that your beef arrives in excellent condition, ready for you to enjoy.

It's 105 Out In The Middle Of Summer. Can I Still Buy?

Absolutely! Our shipping process is designed to handle even the hottest temperatures. While rare issues with the shipper can occasionally occur, we’ve never had an order arrive thawed. Our packaging and dry ice ensure that your beef arrives in excellent condition, even in extreme heat. We successfully ship to some of the hottest places, like Las Vegas, without any problems. If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damage, please contact us immediately with photos. We will address the situation to ensure you receive the quality you expect.

How Long Do I Have To Put My Beef In My Freezer Once Delivered?

To ensure the best quality, please make sure you or someone you trust is available at the delivery address to place the beef in the freezer on the day it arrives. The responsibility for this lies with the recipient.

No. Our beef is pasture-raised and grain-finished. We choose this method for a reason: it delivers the marbling, tenderness, and flavor most folks expect from a high-end steak, while still giving the nutritional benefits of pasture life.
