How much does it cost to hire Undergrads?

Pricing is hourly — your rate is locked before we start with no stair fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden add-ons. Studio and 1BR moves typically run $299–$499. A 2–3BR home is typically $499–$799. If the crew finishes early, you pay less.

What is the Show-Up Guarantee?

We're confident enough in our show rate to back every booking with $50. If a mover arrives 30 minutes after the scheduled start, let us know and we'll knock $50 off your final bill. A quick call, text, or email is all we need.

Are your movers background-checked?

Yes. Every Undergrads mover is a background-checked university student.

Can I book same-day or same-week?

In most cities, yes. We offer 7-day-a-week availability and same-week booking in all our markets.

Do you provide moving trucks?

We're labor-only movers — our crew handles all the loading, unloading, and heavy lifting. You rent the truck (U-Haul, Penske, or Budget) and drive it. We'll tell you exactly what size to get and can even help you book it. In Charlotte, NC we also offer a full-service option with a driver — ask when you quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Undergrads is fully licensed and insured in every market we serve.
