Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. There's no contract, no minimum commitment, and no monthly fees. Onboarding takes about 5 minutes, and you can transfer as many or as few compounded prescriptions as you like — start, pause, or stop whenever you want.

Do I need to make a payment or place an order?

No, you don't need to pay or place an order. Once the compounding pharmacy recieves the prescription transfer, they will contact the patient to arrange payment, and any other details. You use Kramer solely to find the pharmacy that can fulfill your patients' compounded prescriptions.

It takes too long to put a compounded Rx into my system to transfer it, how is this worth it?

You can simply setup a "General Compound" in your system the first time, and continue using that each time by putting the name of the actual compound in the instructions (ie. SIG). This way it's very quick going forward, and you keep your patient.

Will the compounding pharmacies try to solicit my patients?

All of our pharmacy partners are contractually bound to not solicit your patients. These compounding pharmacies respect the opportunity to support your patients. They do not want to steal your patients; they want to ensure that patients can readily access the compounded medicines that they need.

I already send my prescriptions down the street to a local compounder. How is this better?

Kramer only works with the highest quality, large compounding pharmacies. Our partners provide your patients with a better experience offering high quality product, amazing service, quick turnarounds and more. All while you have no risk of losing your patient.
