Plates describes itself simply: "Plates is a fast, native iPhone workout log with smart templates, progress analytics, and private iCloud sync. Buy it once, use it forever." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 5.1 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.

On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clear heading structure, crawler access and the files AI engines look for and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on some structured data. What holds it back is a clearly stated business identity and credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Off the page there is only faint evidence that only a handful of sites link to it and the domain is only lightly established.
