Every Vibefam studio is paired with a dedicated Studio Success Manager from day one. Onboarding happens in a 1-hour call to assist you and your team with learning the system, migration of data from other platforms, and making full use of our suite to accelerate your growth and efficiency.

Does Vibefam help with migration from Mindbody, Glofox, or another platform?

Yes. Vibefam Fast Migration is included in onboarding at no extra cost. Your dedicated Studio Success Manager goes through the onboarding and executes the migration plan with you to ensure a seamless transfer of members, packages, schedules, and historical data. Most studios go live on Vibefam Fast Migration within a day.

Can members pick their spot in class with Vibefam?

Yes. Vibefam Spot Maps lets members reserve their exact spin bike, reformer bed, aerial rig, lagree megaformer, mat position, or rack at booking. Studios upload a floor plan once and Vibefam handles the rest, including auto-blocking unsafe spots and rolling spot selection forward for recurring members.

Does Vibefam require a long-term contract?

No. Vibefam operates on flexible monthly plans with no lock-in contracts and no upfront annual commitments. Studios can cancel anytime, and a full data export is always available.

Does Vibefam support multiple locations?

Yes. Vibefam supports multi-outlet studios with separate bank-account payouts per outlet, with revenue from each outlet routing to the correct bank account automatically, alongside unified reporting across every location and outlet-level payroll. Two outlets are supported on the standard plan.

Does Vibefam include AI?

Yes.
