How does Viome work?

Every Viome journey begins with a test. We currently offer three types of Intelligence Tests, our most comprehensive being our Full Body Intelligence Test, which includes everything you get from our other tests and more. With our Full Body test, Viome analyzes the activities in your oral microbiome, gut microbiome, and cells using RNA (gene expression) sequencing, giving us the highest resolution of your body available. Is Viome a subscription service?

It is not required to subscribe to a plan that includes a test, recommendations, and products. You can purchase the test by itself, which provides 50+ health scores and recommendations for food, supplements, and biotics. If you choose to order personalized products after receiving your results, you can subscribe through your account. Preparing supplement orders can take up to two weeks due to unique formula creation for each individual.

How long does it take to receive my results and recommendations?

After Viome receives your sample(s) and you complete your questionnaire, it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive your health scores and recommendations. If you have subscribed to personalized products, it will take an additional 5-14 days from the time you receive your results for the products to arrive at your door.

How long do I follow Viome's recommendations?

Viome analyzes your gene expression, which can be influenced by diet and lifestyle. This allows for monitoring health and recommending relevant food and nutrients. It is recommended to retest every 4-6 months. Retesting ensures maximum precision, and your personalized formulas and/or blends will be updated if necessary.
