What is high-volume UGC?

High-volume UGC is a fast-growing creator model where ambassadors run dedicated brand accounts and post one to three times per day. Pay is heavily performance-based, so creators earn more when content performs.

Do I need to log in and connect my accounts or my creators’ accounts?

No. Direct account logins are not required. viral.app can track both your own accounts and your creators’ accounts from a public URL alone.

Which platforms are supported?

We currently support TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We may add more platforms based on market demand.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. viral.app can track any public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook account. Monitor competitor accounts, analyze their content, and use those insights to sharpen your own strategy.

How do creator payouts work?

Our payout solution uses an integrated partner that acts as the merchant of record for creator payments. That lets you pay creators globally without waiting for invoices or collecting payment details. Invoicing, compliance, and payment operations are handled by the partner. A 3% fee applies to all payouts to cover payment processing and compliance costs.

Is my organization's data private?

Yes. Privacy is one of our core promises. We never share or reuse your internal creator, account, video, or project data. Any data shown in our blog posts, viral video library, or trend analysis comes from separate workflows, scripts, or agents that have no access to your data.
