I did not receive an SMS to the number I received, what should I do?

We are working towards improving the number performance. If the number you received has not received an SMS within 2-3 minutes, you can cancel your number by clicking the cancel button on the top right of the number detail page and try your transaction with another number.

What will happen to my balance if I cancel the number I bought?

Nothing! When you buy a number, the amount equal to the price of your number is frozen in your balance. If you cancel your number before SMS comes, your balance will be restored. Only your numbers that have received SMS will be deducted from your balance.

Is there a guarantee that the number will not be used by anyone else?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer such an opportunity for short-term rentals. You can do this with our daily/weekly/monthly rental model, which will be published soon, and you can be sure that the number you purchased will not be used by anyone else.

The accounts I buy close immediately, what should I do?

Since the accounts you have acquired are new, they are subject to a strict spam policy by the service providers. We therefore recommend that you refrain from excessive activity when you first start using these new accounts. Please note that this is not due to the limitations of the vNum application, but because the services are more sensitive to fraudulent logins.

How do I use the numbers I will receive?

First, select the service you want to use. Then choose which country's number you need. Ordinary users can use numbers from all countries. Once you have purchased the number, open the app you want to use and go to the SMS verification screen. Enter the number you purchased and request the verification code. After 1-2 minutes the code will appear in the vNum app and will also be sent to you as a notification.
