What's included in the 14-day trial?

Full access to all features including unlimited projects, findings library, report generation, client portal, and team collaboration. The trial gives you complete access to evaluate Vulnsy with no feature restrictions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your trial period, you won't be charged for the subscription. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does pricing work after the trial?

After your 14-day trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically begin. Plans start from £30/month for solo users. Annual billing saves you 10%.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Each tenant has isolated data storage, all connections are encrypted with TLS, and we follow security best practices. Your pentest data and client information remain completely private and secure.

What export formats are supported?

Vulnsy generates professional DOCX reports that are fully editable in Microsoft Word. Reports include your branding, executive summaries, detailed findings with evidence, and remediation guidance.

Can I import existing findings?

Yes! Vulnsy includes a library of pre-written findings that you can customize. You can also create your own finding templates to reuse across projects, saving hours of repetitive writing.

How does the client portal work?

Each client gets secure access to their own portal where they can view reports, track remediation progress, and communicate with your team. It's a professional way to deliver findings and demonstrate value.
