How does Washmen work?

Washmen works in 4 simple steps: First, download our app and schedule a pickup time. Second, our driver arrives with color-coded bags for different services (Bed & Bath, Wash & Fold, Clean & Press, and Press Only). Third, we transport your items to our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility where they're cleaned using over 50 specialized programs. Finally, your cleaned items are delivered back to you within 24-48 hours, fresh and ready to wear. You can also walk into our Meadows Souk or Downtown Dubai locations for drop-off service during business hours.

What areas do you serve?

We provide app-based pickup and delivery service across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Our drivers can reach most neighborhoods within 25 minutes of booking. For walk-in service, we have physical locations at Meadows Souk (inside Spinneys, Springs 2) and Downtown Dubai (South Ridge). Both locations are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

What's the turnaround time?

Our standard delivery turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Next-day delivery is available for a 50% service surcharge, depending on your location and the time of pickup. What should I prepare for my first order?

Just have your clothes ready for pickup. Our driver will bring a complete Washmen bag pack with color-coded bags for different service types. During your first order, our driver will help you understand which bag to use for each service and answer any questions you have about the process. You can also flag any items with specific stains or special care instructions directly in the app.

Do you air-dry items?

Yes, absolutely. All garments at Washmen go through our unique Air Dry process instead of high-temperature machine drying. This gentle approach protects fabric texture, prevents shrinkage, and extends the lifespan of your clothes by up to 30-50% compared to traditional machine drying. Items that require it go through specialized air-dry programs designed to protect delicate fabrics.

Can you remove stains?

Our facility uses professional spotting equipment and advanced stain-removal solutions. While not all stains can be completely removed, especially old or set-in stains, we always do our best with industry-leading techniques. For best results, flag stained items in the app when booking or inform our driver during pickup. We'll send you photos if we notice any stains that may not come out completely.
