AI Visibility Scorecard
water4pca.com · Healthcare
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Aquablation®, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

"Participate in a leading Prostate Cancer Clinical Study at Water4PCA. Help advance treatment options and gain access to cutting-edge therapies." That is how Aquablation® introduces itself. When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 4.0 out of 10.
On its own pages the site does well on a clear heading structure and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on some structured data, a partly stated business identity and basic crawler access. What holds it back is credibility markers like credentials or reviews.
Off the page there is only faint evidence that the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, almost no other sites link to it, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. None of that can be fixed on the page: it has to be earned.
The site links to no social profiles, so there is nothing tying the brand to a wider presence.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) can read your site and name it in answers. At 4/10, Aquablation® is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR THE WATER IV PCa STUDY?
Biological males with grade group 1-3 localized prostate cancer. Grade Groups Grade groups indicate how different cancer cells look compared to normal prostate cells. Doctors perform a prostate biopsy to remove a small piece of prostate tissue to look at under a microscope. Based on how the cancer cells look, doctors assign a grade group (GG) from 1 (GG 1) to 5 (GG 5).
WHAT ARE THE TREATMENT OPTIONS IN THIS STUDY?
There are two treatment options for the WATER IV PCa study: Aquablation therapy and radical prostatectomy. Aquablation therapy An advanced, minimally invasive surgical treatment that uses image guidance, robotics, and a heat-free waterjet to remove prostate tissue. The surgeon accesses the prostate through the urethra and uses ultrasound imaging to visualize the entire prostate.
HOW ARE PARTICIPANTS ASSIGNED TO A PROCEDURE IN THE STUDY?
The WATER IV PCa study is a randomized controlled trial. Participants who enter the study will be randomly assigned Aquablation therapy or radical prostatectomy. The randomization in the study is structured 3 to 1 for Aquablation therapy to radical prostatectomy.
CAN I GET AQUABLATION THERAPY TO TREAT PROSTATE CANCER WITHOUT PARTICIPATING IN THIS STUDY?
No. Although Aquablation therapy is commonly used to treat enlarged prostates due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it is not available outside of this study as a prostate cancer treatment. PARTICIPATING HOSPITALS

When a buyer asks ChatGPT which company to use, two different things can happen. ChatGPT can name a company in its answer. Or it can link to a web page as a source. Most advice about AI visibility is about the second one. Our data says the first one is what matters.
