If I already know my opportunities for improvement, do I need a Professional Evaluation of my equipment or process?

If you know your opportunities for improvement and want help in engineering a solution, we can start there. But we still encourage customers to complete an evaluation since the cost of the evaluation is typically small in comparison to the payback potential. A fresh set of eyes and a slightly different perspective can discover some very large growth opportunities.

What are the key areas of my facility that you will focus your efforts?

Depending upon initial discussions with the facility contact, we will collectively choose a starting key area. These areas can be optimizing production capacity, minimizing product waste, reducing utilities usage and cost (electricity, natural gas, water, etc.), and/or improving production uptime by minimizing breakdowns and operational delays.

How much does a Professional Evaluation cost?

The cost of an evaluation can depend upon many factors such as facility size, type of process, and your key areas of need. The cost is typically small in comparison to the payback potential from the evaluation.

Do you offer turnkey projects and solutions?

Absolutely! We would prefer to manage the project from concept through startup. This provides the customer with the best possible outcome and quickest growth and ROI. Most operations are staffed so lean that available resources are limited and project completion gets delayed.

Will members of my facility be involved in the process?

At WEBCO ENGINEERING, we fully embrace a teamwork approach. We like to interact with Plant Managers, Production Managers, Maintenance Managers, Equipment Operators, etc. as needed to utilize their knowledge to achieve the best overall results possible for the customer.
