Honeycomb describes itself simply: "We don't believe anyone should ever have their link to the outside world cut off as a result of something that could have been prevented." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 5.9 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.

On the page it is passable on a partly stated business identity. What holds it back is a heading structure that lays out what it offers, the technical files AI engines look for, such as llms.txt or an open robots.txt, sitemaps and entity links AI can follow, structured data describing the business and credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Away from its own site, other sites link to it and AI engines recognise it as a distinct business. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established and press coverage is thin. Beyond that, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit.
