How do I book a cleaning?

Download the WiseClean app from the App Store or Google Play. Select your service type, number of rooms, preferred date, and any extras. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Our maintenance cleaning covers all rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. This includes floor cleaning, vacuuming, surface dusting, sink and cooker cleaning, toilet and shower cleaning. All cleaning supplies are provided by the cleaner.

Are your cleaners verified?

Yes. Every cleaner on our platform goes through a strict selection process and professional training before they can accept any jobs. We also have a rating system so you can see each cleaner's track record.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with the result, report it through the app and we'll send a cleaner back to address the issue or provide compensation.

Is the service insured?

Yes. All cleaning work ordered through WiseClean is covered by Cachet liability insurance. You can also add premium no-deductible damage insurance for €7 per cleaning.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Our cleaners bring all professional cleaning supplies. You only need to provide a vacuum cleaner, or you can add our 'bring vacuum cleaner' extra for €19.

Can I get a discount for regular cleanings?

Yes! We offer subscription discounts: save up to 10% with weekly cleaning, 5% with bi-weekly, and 3% with every-3-weeks cleaning schedules.
