How much does Workzoom cost?

Workzoom uses modular pricing at $4 per suite per employee per month. You can choose individual suites (HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, or Talent Development) or get the complete platform for $16 per employee per month. Implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and all software updates are included at no extra cost. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no long-term contracts.

What markets does Workzoom serve?

Workzoom processes payroll in Canada, the United States, the Bahamas. Each region gets localized statutory deductions, tax calculations, banking integrations, and dedicated support. HR, Workforce, and Talent are available in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, and Anguilla, with HR, Workforce, and Talent are available.

Can I use just one suite or do I need the whole platform?

Workzoom's modular design lets you start with any single suite and add others as needed. Each suite is fully functional on its own, though they work better together since they all connect to the same employee record. Many companies start with HR and Workforce Management, then add Payroll and Talent Development later.

How long does implementation take?

Most organizations are fully live within 4-8 weeks. Workzoom uses a sprint-based, client-led approach where you control the pace. Implementation includes self-guided orientation, personnel data import completed within days, configuration support, sandbox environment for testing, and training. The timeline depends on your team's availability and the modules you're implementing.

Where is our data stored and how secure is it?

Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Canada and US data centers with real-time replication across availability zones separated by at least 100 km. Data is encrypted at rest with AES 256 and in transit with TLS 1.2. Workzoom runs on AWS infrastructure. AWS data centers hold SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001/27017/27018, PCI DSS Level 1, FedRAMP, and HITRUST CSF compliance programs. Workzoom's own application security includes AES-256 encryption, isolated database schemas per client, role-based access control, and regular penetration testing. Workzoom makes it easy to get data in and out through comprehensive reports and extracts. For specific integrations with accounting systems, time clocking hardware, or other business tools, speak with the Workzoom team to understand if and how the integration has been done before, or what's needed to support your requirements.

How does Workzoom's implementation approach work?

Workzoom uses a hands-on, client-led approach where you stay in control while receiving coaching and support. Implementation follows three streams: some modules are ready immediately, others require guided option selection, and complex areas involve collaborative fitting sessions. You work in sprints lasting 1-4 weeks with a Workzoom Liaison or Coach supporting you throughout.

What kind of ongoing support do we get?

Ongoing support is included with your subscription. You get access to a responsive support team, continued access to your Workzoom Liaison and Coach for escalations, early access to upcoming releases in sandbox, clear release notes, step-by-step guides, instructional videos, and in-app help. All software updates and compliance changes are included at no extra cost.
