Yes. Every client gets full access to WSA's client portal at no per-user fee. You and your entire team can view real-time inventory, orders, returns, and reports — and set custom alerts — anytime from anywhere.

Who pays for shipping at WSA — the client or WSA?

You can use WSA's carrier account, your own account, or a mix of both. WSA's system automatically rate-shops for the lowest rate across all major carriers. Either way, you get competitive rates and full visibility on shipping costs.

Does WSA offer custom packaging?

Yes. You can send WSA your own custom packaging or we can help source it — there's no extra charge to use your own. WSA also offers in-house pad printing for on-product customization without third-party delays.
