No. All Agency plans include your logo, colors, custom domain, branded emails, and auto-SSL — so your clients access monitoring.youragency.com and PerkyDash is completely invisible.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a dedicated, isolated space for each client. Each workspace contains its own monitors, incidents, status pages, and notifications — completely separate from other clients. Think of it as a private folder for each client. You manage all workspaces from one dashboard, but each client only sees their own.

Can I resell the monitoring as my own service?

Yes, that's exactly what the Agency plans are for. You set your own pricing. Many agencies charge €20-30 per client per month for monitoring and status pages.

What monitoring types are included?

All 8 monitoring types are included in every paid plan: uptime (HTTP), visual diff, process flow, SSL certificates, domain expiry, heartbeat/cron, ping, and port (TCP).

What's the difference between Agency Starter, Pro, and Business?

Agency Starter (€49/mo) is for agencies getting started: 20 monitors, 2 workspaces included (+€10/extra workspace), full white-label, custom domain with auto-SSL, branded emails, unlimited team members and client users. Agency Pro (€149/mo) includes 100 monitors, 15 workspaces, process monitoring, and 1-minute checks. Agency Business (€299/mo) is for large agencies: 500 monitors, 50 workspaces, 30-second checks, and priority support. All tiers include custom domain, branded emails, and granular client access.

What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days, you choose a plan or your account reverts to the free tier (free tools only). No credit card is required to start.
