Is Plana actually free? What's the catch?

Completely free. No subscription. No premium tier. No catch. Plana is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded entirely by donors who believe every woman deserves real support regardless of her financial situation.

How quickly will I hear from a Care Coordinator?

Within 20 minutes during business hours after you complete your intake. Outside business hours, you can schedule a call or leave a message — she'll follow up the next business day.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your data is never sold to third parties. It's never shared with the government or your employer. You can export your data or permanently delete your account at any time.

Is Plana pro-life? Will I be judged?

Plana is faith-informed and focuses on supporting women who continue their pregnancy. Our licensed counselors provide honest, unbiased information on all options including abortion. No one at Plana will pressure or shame you for any decision.

How can I support Plana as a donor or volunteer?

You can donate at any amount — all donations fund direct support for women (Care Coordinators, resources, and app development). You can also apply to become a mentor if you've experienced an unplanned pregnancy, or contact us about organizational partnerships.
