How does pricing work?

We price on active leads, not users. Starter is ₹30,000/month for up to 5,000 leads; Growth is ₹1,00,000/month for up to 25,000 leads; Scale is ₹2,00,000/month for up to 1,00,000 leads; Enterprise starts at ₹5,00,000/month for custom volumes. Every plan includes a unified credit pool used for AI work and outbound email delivery. All plans have a minimum 3-month commitment, billed quarterly — no monthly plans. Annual billing saves 20%. Unlimited voice notes, AI transcription, unlimited users, and free lead sync are included on every plan.

Can I migrate from my existing CRM?

Yes — we provide free assisted migration of leads, users, pipelines, and custom fields. Most teams complete migration in 2–5 days and go live without any downtime.

Do I still need a separate WhatsApp tool?

No. SmartBDM has native WhatsApp built in — auto-syncs every message sent and received, runs marketing campaigns, and gives you a unified inbox for WhatsApp and email. It replaces tools like Interakt, Wati, or any standalone WhatsApp business platform.

Do reps need training to use SmartBDM?
